The Hotel Management program is part of the Hotel Management major. The life of today's hotel administrator is associated with stress, challenge and demanding. It requires flexibility in the face of unusual working hours and a persistent go-getter attitude. They must always follow up and invite customers in a happy, elated mood. To do so, they themselves must find passion in what they do. Without understanding the service and taking customer's pleasure as a measure of devotion, administrators will not be able to have real joy, spread it to everyone around and move customers.

1. Knowledge:
