UEH Standard Programs

 

The Human Resource Management program provides a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with good political, ethical and health qualities, basic knowledge of (1) labor economics and human resource management, (2) the development of human and labor resources of the region/country and (3) the basic issues in human resource management in units in the economy. With this background knowledge, students can specialize in one of three areas: Labor economics; public management of population, labor and employment; management, human resource development on the basis of economics, psychology and behavior.

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
1.. Knowledge:

1.1 General knowledge

  • Master the basic theories of socio-economics, management and scientific research methods to research and solve practical problems.
  • Having knowledge of labor law to apply to the formulation and implementation of policies related to human resources.

1.2 Specialized knowledge

  • Knowledge of human resource management, labor, salary.
  • Knowledge to assess the impact of the external environment on the human resource strategy of the region, locality and organization.

1.3 Additional knowledge

  • Achieve TOEIC 500 or higher or equivalent (English) or DELF B1 (French), for students of the French department who reach DELF B2.
  • Meet the requirements for Physical Education.
  • Have a certificate of defense education.
  • Having IC3 (Internet and Computing Core Certification) certificate.
