Program overview:

The School of Economics provides research, analysis, policy evaluation skills and provides basic to advanced economic knowledge for young economists.

The high-quality undergraduate training program majoring in Valuation and Asset Management has the common goal of helping learners to have highly specialized knowledge and professional operation skills, and to have the ability to work independently and creatively in the field of valuation and asset management to adapt to the domestic and international working environment.

Academic curriculum

 

Learning objectives:

  • PO1: Economic, political, and social knowledge: Fully equipped with basic economic, political and social knowledge, fully aware of the importance of a professional worker in the modern economy environment.
  • PO2: Specialized knowledge of valuation and asset management: Mastering specialized and advanced knowledge on valuation and asset management, ensuring to meet all requirements for valuation activities and Asset management for all economic sectors.
  • PO3: Professional and specialized skills: Equipped and effectively applying professional and specialized skills, information technology skills and foreign languages, to become a professional force in the field of Valuation and asset management, meeting the needs of integration and internationalization.
  • PO4: Scientific thinking and innovation: Equipping students with foundational knowledge of scientific research, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, creating conditions for students to continue their further research in the field of Valuation and property management
  • PO5: Roles in Teams: Practice skills to best perform roles in effective teams including: leadership, accountability, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • PO6: Attitude and responsibility: Train people with enthusiasm, multi-dimensional thinking, respect for differences and diversity in society, responsibility in work and society, and will for lifelong learning.
