The activities in February at UEH English Zone have come to an end. Realizing your bustle to prepare for a filled Lunar Tet Holiday as well as personal projects, UEH English Zone has held online sessions to engage students in practicing English conveniently. Right now, please take a look back at our moments together this February!
The knowledge-broadening lessons
Starting February with learning about cancers, the EZ Talks on the date of 6th with the theme “Teeter-totter” provided the students with necessary and useful information surrounding this dreadful disease. During the discussion, the participants had deep dived into the topic, to understand and empathize with the less fortunate patients.
Together we heighten the awareness of cancers with the session “Teeter-totter”
In addition, the EZ Talks “See the sound” on February 27th took the students to explore an entirely new way of communication by means of Sign Language. This session is Part-two of the discussion on the meaning of ASL (American Sign Language) previously held by UEH English Zone. “See the sound” is the “advanced version” that widens your knowledge about Sign Language.
The clever “professionals” on board games
This month brought over thrilling feelings with Monopoly in the EZ Board Game - “Rich Uncle”, held on February 20th! This is where you have a chance to become property baron while practicing English. English Zone was really amazed by the participants’ reasoning skills and planning for real estate business.

The moments we understand each other
Alongside with above-mentioned regular activities, UEH EZ has collaborated with BELL Club to organize a Speaking group extended section: Go for Growth, with a view to a place where we can share our experience and viewpoint about personal growth and development. There we “revealed” our mature moments and new changes in life, thereby making friends with new and super compatible fellows.
