UEH ranks in 2nd position in the number of publications in international newspapers of Social Sciences and Humanities universities in the period of 2011-2016

In order to achieve the goal of becoming a research-oriented university, in recent years, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) has implemented many solutions to promote academic research and publish publications in prestigious international journals. Through encouraging policies, research capacity of lectures and officials has increasingly been promoted. This results in enhancing branding and prestige of UEH in the domestic and foreign academic community.

According to the report of the scientific and technological resources of universities of social science and social sciences class – The workshop "Scientific and technological activities in higher educational institutions in the period of 2011 - 2016 and development solutions in the period of 2017 - 2025 ranked UEH in second position in July 2017 by Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Science and Technology in the number of articles published in international journals of universities. The number of scientific papers published in international publications in 2017 (as of 15/9/2017) by UEH is 39.
